The Clinton Young Foundation operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Recent amendments to Dutch legislation governing foundations have introduced several changes, including measures to enhance (financial) transparency and strengthen the position of foundation boards. To ensure full compliance with these updated legal requirements, the foundation’s articles of association have been revised accordingly. On Friday, February 20, board member Alex Buitenwerf signed the updated articles of association on behalf of the foundation in the presence of a notary.
