The Clinton Young Foundation (“CYF,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices. By using our website, forms, or messaging services, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Use.
1) Information We Collect & Why
You provide: name, email, phone, postal address, donation details, volunteer or intake form responses, event registrations, and messages to us. We use this to operate our programs, process donations, communicate updates, respond to requests, and improve our services.
Automatically collected: when you visit our site, we (and service providers) may collect device/IP info, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and similar analytics via cookies or pixels to secure and improve the site. See “Cookies” below.
From third parties: donation processors, email/SMS platforms, or referral organizations (e.g., clinics or law-school partners) may share limited information needed to provide services (e.g., confirming a donation or connecting a referral).
We use your information to: provide and secure our services; communicate with you (newsletters, case updates, advocacy actions); process donations; recruit and manage volunteers; comply with law; and produce de-identified, aggregate reporting.
2) Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve content. You can manage cookies via your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site performance. We may use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate usage; we do not sell personal data.

- With your direction/consent.
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.
